1. Scope of Application
This policy applies to all products sold through this online store, including:
- Electronic devices manufactured by us.
- Products with components or housings manufactured using 3D printing.
- Motorcycle air filters and products related to the intake system.
- Accessories associated with the above products.
2. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations, customers have a 14-day period from the date of receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, provided that the product has not been used, installed, or manipulated.
To exercise this right, the customer must expressly notify the store, indicating the order number and the reason for the return.
3. General Return Conditions
Returns will only be accepted if all of the following conditions are met:
- The product has not been installed or used.
- The product is in perfect condition, with no signs of use, installation, dirt, damage, or modification.
- The product is returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and included items.
- The product shows no signs of having been connected to a vehicle or to any electrical or mechanical system.
4. Exclusions from the Right of Return
⚠️ Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Products that have been installed or used, even partially or temporarily.
- Electronic products that have been connected to a vehicle, electrical system, or control unit.
- Air filters that have been installed on a motorcycle, for hygiene, safety, and usage reasons.
- Products with 3D-printed housings showing signs of installation, fastening, fitting, or modification.
- Products manufactured wholly or partially to order, personalized, or specifically configured for the customer.
- Products damaged due to incorrect installation, improper handling, or use outside the specified conditions.
Once a product has been installed or used, it loses its commercial value and cannot be resold. Therefore, such products are not eligible for return.
5. Return Procedure
- The customer must contact the store in advance to request a return.
- Once the return is authorized, shipping instructions will be provided.
- The product must be sent properly packaged and protected.
Except in cases of store error or manufacturing defect, return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
6. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued once the returned product has been received and inspected.
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- The maximum refund period is 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned product.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of store error.
7. Defective Products or Shipping Errors
If the product has a manufacturing defect or does not match the order placed, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
In such cases:
- The store will cover return shipping costs.
- The customer will be offered, as appropriate, repair, replacement, or a full refund.
The following are not considered manufacturing defects:
- Incorrect installation.
- Improper use.
- Unauthorized modifications.
- Normal wear and tear.
